This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how CancerIQ, Inc. (“CancerIQ,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects Personal Information when you: (i) visit our public-facing website and related subdomains (collectively, the “Website” ); or (ii) otherwise interact with us in the course of our general business operations (collectively, the “Services” ), in each case outside of our digital healthcare technology platform.

This Policy applies only to information collected through the Website and Services. It does not apply to information collected through the CancerIQ clinical technology platform used by healthcare providers, nor to any Protected Health Information (“PHI”) processed on their behalf. Platform-related data is governed by the Platform Privacy Policy and the applicable Business Associate Agreement (“BAA”) .

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully to better understand our privacy practices related to your use of our Services. We may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be conspicuously posted on the Website or otherwise communicated to you. All changes will be effective upon posting.

1. WHAT IS PERSONAL INFORMATION?

For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “ Personal Information ” or “ Personal Data ” means information that alone or in combination identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or household. Personal Information does not include publicly available information, aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

We collect the following categories of Personal Information.

In addition, we collect user credential and profile data (name, contact, authorized users).
Internet Activity Browsing history, search history, information regarding your interactions with the website, application, or advertisement, electronic device identifier, hardware information, operating system version, browser type and version, browser language, media access control (MAC), screen resolution, cookie information, system type, access times, and referring website URLs.
Imprecise Geolocation Data City, state, zip code, and country (based on IP Address).
Sensory Information When customers contact us for support or other customer service requests, we maintain support tickets and other records related to the requests. We may also collect call recordings related to support and customer service-related calls.

6. DE-IDENTIFIED/AGGREGATED DATA

We may create anonymous, aggregated, or de-identified data from your Personal Data and other individuals whose Personal Data we collect. We make Personal Data into anonymous, aggregated, or de-identified data by removing or not utilizing information that makes the data personally identifiable to you. We may use this anonymous, aggregated, or de-identified data for research or analytics and we may share it with third parties for our lawful business purposes, including to provide the Services, analyze and improve the Services, and promote our business.

7. AI CHATBOT TECHNOLOGY

We use AI-enabled chat tools that may collect and process users’ interactions with the Website for customer service and to improve our Services. These interactions may include users’ Personal Information entered into the chat window, webpages visited on our Website, IP address, and geographic location information such as city, state, or geographic area. Please do not submit sensitive personal information (including health information) through the chat feature. The interaction data helps us identify and diagnose usability problems, identify areas for improvement, and improve the customer experience when using the Services. Conversations and interactions with AI features may be logged and processed to improve performance.

8. BLOGS AND FORUMS

Our Website may, from time to time, offer publicly accessible blogs or community forums where you can submit ideas, photographs, writings, music, video, audio recordings, computer graphics, pictures, data, information about your location, questions, comments, suggestions, or other content ("User Generated Content"), including Personal Information. You should be aware that any User Generated Content you provide in these areas may be read, collected, and used by others who access them. Please note that we do not control who will have access to the User Generated Content that you choose to make public and cannot ensure that parties who have access to such publicly available information will respect your privacy or keep it secure.

We are not responsible for the privacy or security of any User Content that you make publicly available on the Website or what others do with the User Content you share with them on the Website. We are not responsible for the accuracy, use, or misuse of any User Content that you disclose or receive from third parties through the Website.

9. WEBSITE ANALYTICS, COOKIES, AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGY

We use analytics services and targeted advertising cookies in addition to location features that are connected to your use of the Services. We use cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, and other technologies (collectively " Cookies ") on our Services to automatically collect information used to improve the Services and to advertise to you. A cookie is a small text file that our Services save onto your computer or device when you use the Website.

A cookie can either be a "session" cookie or a "persistent" cookie. Session cookies exist only for so long as you are visiting the Website and are typically deleted when you exit your web browser. A. Website Analytics

We use third-party software tools on our Website to learn more about how visitors navigate the Website and view content. These third-party analytics providers provide us with analytical information collected through the Cookies that we use to improve the Website, to make sure it is easy to use, and to develop content that is both interesting and customized.

  • Google Analytics and Its Advertising Features: We have enabled and implemented Google Analytics with signals and Google Dynamic Remarketing, a Google Analytics Advertising feature. To prevent Google from using data collected by Google Analytics, follow the instructions to download and install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on for each web browser you use. Using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on will not prevent us from using other analytics tools and will not prevent data from being sent to the Website itself or to Google.   • LinkedIn Analytics: We have enabled LinkedIn Analytics.   • HubSpot Analytics. We use HubSpot Analytics, a web analytics tool, to help us understand how our Website is used. B. Targeted Advertising

We use service providers and other third parties to serve you customized email, SMS, and internet-based advertisements. Those ad networks use Cookies and other tracking technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to our Website. These ad networks may place and store cookies on the devices you use to access our Services and collect information, including your browsing behavior, referring websites, and your response to advertisements.

  • LinkedIn Ads: We use LinkedIn Ads to display search advertisements and to track when you have visited or used our Services. If you click on a LinkedIn Ads advertisement, LinkedIn Ads stores a cookie on your device that is used to track the number of individuals who click on a LinkedIn Ads advertisement and are forwarded to the applicable website. 10. YOUR CONSUMER PRIVACY CHOICES

We recognize that you may want to limit how your Personal Information is used and shared. We currently offer the following choices:

  • Update your Personal Information.  You may update your Personal Information by contacting us using the information in the “Contact Us” section below.

  • Delete Your Account. If you no longer wish to use the Services or access your account or account information, you may request deletion by contacting us at support@canceriq.com. When we process your request, we will permanently delete your account and the personal information associated with it that we maintain in our active systems. However, limited information may continue to exist in system logs, backups, or records we retain for security, fraud‑prevention, or legal compliance purposes.

  • Opt Out of Targeted Marketing.  If you wish to limit or opt out of third-party advertising, you can do one or more of the following:

    • Change your Browser Settings.  The Options/Settings section of most internet browsers will tell you how to manage cookies and other technologies that may be uploaded to your device, including how to disable such technologies. You can disable our cookies, or all cookies, through your browser settings, but please note, disabling cookies may impact some of the features of our Website and prevent them from operating as intended. Within 10 days of receipt of your unsubscribe request, we will remove you from our distribution list unless you resubscribe.

    • Phone. You may request that we remove your telephone number from our marketing list and refrain from sharing it with third parties by contacting us using the contact information provided below.

11. SHINE THE LIGHT

California law also gives residents certain rights related to how businesses share their information for direct marketing. Under California’s “Shine the Light” law (Civil Code § 1798.83), California residents may request information about how we shared their Personal Information with third parties for those third parties’ own direct marketing purposes during the prior calendar year. If we have made such disclosures, we will identify the third parties involved, describe the categories of Personal Information disclosed, and, where the nature of a third party’s business cannot be reasonably determined from its name, provide examples of the products or services that the third party marketed.

We provide this information in a standardized format that is not specific to any individual requestor, and California residents may request it once per calendar year at no charge. We strive to ensure that any information you send us is safe. When you leave this Website and go to another linked website, we are not responsible for the content or availability of the linked website. 14. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Our Website is not intended for or directed to individuals under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. While we implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your privacy, there are inherent security risks associated with transferring data over the internet, and we cannot guarantee that the information collected about you will always remain private when using our Website and/or Services. Our Services are intended for use within the United States.
