Risk Query — Outgoing Family History (OutgoingTS_FamilyHistory). The SOAP operation is GetRiskDataWithLicenseAsXML. CancerIQ hosts that endpoint and issues WS-Security credentials; your EHR team points the interface at CancerIQ's URL.

Which models can we request on this interface?

TC8 is the default if you send no model list. You can also request TC8CM (Tyrer-Cuzick 8 with competing mortality) and NCCN (HBOC genetic-testing criteria, Yes/No).

Who maintains the risk-model logic as guidelines update?
